Why I started doing

yoga

Namaste! My name is  Palakh Sadhnani, and I've been a certified yoga instructor and therapist for three years. My mission is all about helping people achieve overall wellness through the practice of yoga.

I specialize in crafting customized yoga sessions, tailoring each one to meet the unique needs and goals of my students. Whether you're looking to relax, manage stress, or improve flexibility, I've got you covered. In my sessions, I incorporate a variety of relaxation techniques, stress management strategies, and gentle movements. I pay close attention to alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, ensuring that you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the practice. My approach to yoga is all about fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. I believe that by tuning into our breath and movements, we can cultivate inner peace and balance.

My journey into yoga commenced in 2020, right after I completed my high school studies. At that time, I was deeply engrossed in dancing, feeling a profound connection to movement. I truly believed that movement was an inherent part of my being, and I desired to continue exploring it further.
