My Journey

My journey into yoga commenced in 2020, right after I completed my high school studies. At that time, I was deeply engrossed in dancing, feeling a profound connection to movement. I truly believed that movement was an inherent part of my being, and I desired to continue exploring it further. That year, I enrolled in a 300-hour yoga instructor course at SVYASA. It was a big step for me, but I was eager to learn and explore this new path. During the course, I discovered something amazing—I fell in love with yoga. I realized that it wasn't just about physical movement; it was a way to connect with myself on a deeper level, both mentally and spiritually.

Completing the course was a turning point for me. It made me realize that I wanted to dive even deeper into the world of yoga. So, I made the decision to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Yoga. I wanted to deepen my understanding of yoga and gain the knowledge and skills to share it with others.

Over the past three years, I've been conducting successful online yoga classes while continuing my education, including courses in stress management and specialized practices like Shambhavi Maha Mudra from Isha. As an intern at Swasth Foundation, I served as a yoga therapist for three months and organized engaging summer camps for children. Every day, teaching yoga brings me joy, and my thirst for knowledge in this field remains unquenchable. In 2023, I furthered my expertise by undertaking RYS 200-hour Ashtanga and classical Hatha Yoga training at Yoga Darshanam School, and I am also certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga. The journey has been blissful, and I'm always eager to delve deeper into the vast realm of yoga.I'm excited to continue growing and evolving, both personally and professionally. My ultimate goal is to inspire and empower others to discover the transformative power of yoga and to help them improve their overall well-being.
